Madrasha Management Software — Kitab, Donations and Akhlaq

The Kitab module ships with Dars-e-Nizami and Takhassus built in — per-book progression, who has passed which kitab, and annual Salla evaluations all on record. Donations run as separate funds — Zakat, Lillah, Sadaqah and Waqf — with a donor database, monthly orphan-sponsorship records and fund-wise reports.

Akhlaq evaluation covers 7 categories — prayer, dress, conduct — so character stands beside exam marks on the record. Both Qawmi and Alia evaluation and report formats ship in the system, and the academic year runs on the Hijri calendar. Every department of the madrasha, one platform.
