iilmaa Terms of Service

By using iilmaa you agree to these terms. The service is an institution-level subscription — Gold or Diamond plan, billed monthly or annually.

New institutions get a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. To continue after the trial, pay the published price (bKash/Nagad/bank). Annual payments get 2 months free. Applicable taxes are extra.

Each plan has student/staff/storage/SMS limits (see the pricing page). Using the service for unlawful activity, attempting to access others' data, or harming the system is prohibited — such accounts may be suspended.

On cancellation you can export your data; afterwards it is deleted per our retention policy. Downgrading never deletes data — entries beyond the new limits are simply paused until you're back within them.

We work continuously to keep the service available; planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support: email, phone and WhatsApp — fast responses on working days.
