iilmaa Data Privacy Policy

This policy explains how iilmaa collects, uses and protects your institution's and students' data. In short: your data is yours — we use it only to run the service and never sell it.

Institution info: name, address, contact number — provided at signup and setup.

User info: name, phone, email and role (admin/teacher/parent).

Institution-managed data: student admission and academic records, attendance, fees and payments, exam results — stored by your institution in the system.

Technical data: logs and device info — for security and error diagnosis.

Data is used only to operate and improve the service, send notifications (SMS/push/email — per your configuration), provide support and billing, and ensure security.

We never sell or share data with advertisers.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS/HTTPS; stored data is encrypted as well. Role-based permissions (RLS) ensure a user from one branch or role can never see another's data. Encrypted backups are taken regularly.

Your institution owns its data. Export reports and data as Excel/PDF at any time. When you end the service, we give you the chance to export, then delete data per our retention policy.

We use only essential cookies (login session). No advertising or tracking cookies.
