Set up fee structures
Create fee types (monthly tuition, admission, exam, transport). Configure amount, frequency and applicable classes per type. Per-category rates work too — e.g. discounts for orphaned or underprivileged students.
Generate invoices
Run “bulk invoices” at the start of the month and every student’s dues generate automatically. Installments and partial payments are supported.
Collect payments
- Cash: in the app, tap “collect payment” → enter amount and method → a PDF receipt is created.
- bKash/Nagad: the guardian pays via the link on their invoice; the gateway confirmation posts the record automatically.
Dues and reminders
The dues report is always current. When enabled, automatic reminder SMS go to guardians of students with dues on a fixed date each month.
